Reiki Attunement for Free Self Healing

If you are looking for a Reiki Attunement this free one will give you the ability to perform Self Heanling on yourself. This attunement is based on a school of Reiki called Nami Reiki. Nami means wave in Japanese and the reason why this style of Reiki uses this term refers to the fact that energy can be seen as a kind of wave, always moving with different intensity and going everywhere.Thus Nami Reiki.

The wave also refers to the Sea which being in the middle between the Earth and the Sky represents the medium point of existence, the balance between the lighter air and the heavier ground. Water is the point of balance, the equilibrium. Of course there is also the fact that human beings are mainly made of water so the concept of waves resonates pretty well. Last point the Wave refers to the cycle of water, which always transforms but is never destroyed, and the Taoist approach of this style of Reiki giving great emphasis in flowing through life going around obstacles toward the Sea which is everyone's "Final Destination". From there water goes up in the Sky to come back on Earth again, thus beginning the cycle of life another time.

1. Find a place where you won't be disturbed for twenty minutes, half an hour.
2. Find a comfortable position, sitting is probably the best one.
3. Breath using your belly.
4. Relax.
5. Put your hands together like in the praying position, to symbolize the fusion of both your left and right brain and of the Conscious and Subconscious Mind.

• 10 BREATHS RELIEVING TENSIONS

• 10 BREATHS 10 TO 1

• SAFE PLACE/COMMAND CENTRE

Desired Outcome: to be attuned to the Universal Life Energy (Reiki) and to be able to use it for Self Healing.

Say to your subconscious: Dear Subconscious, I know that everything that exists is made of energy, in one form or the other. I know that it is possible for me to attune myself to the Universal Life Energy of Reiki and let it flow through me, keeping me healthy and in tune with the Universe. At the end if I'm alive the Energy of Life is already flowing through me so I have just to become aware of it and let it flow freely to unleash my Self Healing abilities.

NOW, I KNOW I CAN ATTUNE MYSELF TO REIKI, THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY OF LIFE, AND USE IT SAFELY TO HEAL MYSELF.

I WANT TO ATTUNE MYSELF TO REIKI, THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY OF LIFE, AND BE ABLE TO USE IT SAFELY TO HEAL MYSELF.

Repeat the above sentences three times each.

FROM NOW ON I AM PERMANENTLY ATTUNED TO REIKI, THE UNIVERSAL ENERGY OF LIFE, AND I CAN USE IT SAFELY TO HEAL MYSELF.

Repeat three times and remain relaxed, you should begin to feel the energy flowing through you. Sometimes it can happens that you can have some strange experiences, like seeing colours or hearing sounds, a slight trembling of muscles.... It is said that this is due to the renovating flow of energy now freely able to pass through you, nothing to be worried about, just allow this to happen and remain relaxed.

Just like waves imagine that with every breath you inhale Reiki from the Universe to your navel and when your exhale you send the energy back to the Universe. This respiration can also be used any time you need to recharge yourself or you need to discharge tension or perform self healing.

When you feel the time has come say thanks to the Universe and open your eyes.

DAILY REPETITION OR MEDITATION: Reiki FLOWS freely through me and I'M ABLE to SAFELY use it at the best of my possibilities.
